Charlie Sheen and his ex-wife actress Denise Richards went to a law office this week to discuss in front of neutral third party observers whether Charlie could take their two daughters for the weekends. The couple wants to avoid the court system and settle this amicably between them, but Richards refused to grant his request, stating that he was not healthy enough in his lifestyle to have his children visit him. She is afraid that his actions may be detrimental to their health and would only feel comfortable with the arrangement if he were to stop doing certain things, although did not specify what in particular it was. Of course, his constant picking on her during his tour probably didn’t help his case much. Charlie has stated that he doesn’t plan to pursue the matter in court.

In other child custody news, he did get some degree of visitation on the weekends from his other ex-wife, Brooke Mueller. In that case, his two sons Max and Bob will be able to stay at his house all weekend from Saturday morning to Monday morning. He was denied full custody though, even though Mueller had returned to rehab after refusing a drug test mandated by the court. The next step is that he may get a weekday as well if they both manage to stay sober and drug free for the remainder.

And Charlie Sheen’s ex-goddess, Rachel Oberlin, will appear in Playboy. She tweeted a picture of herself in a bathrobe before what is called a “classy” shoot for the men’s magazine. Of course, taking off her clothes is not really a big deal for her, considering that she was a porn star under the name Bree Olson, so pictures of her in various states of dress are all over the internet. Still, it will be one of those rare times that Playboy actually goes for an adult industry member for a photo shoot. And such shoots have led to more mainstream projects.
