Has Sheen brought his multimedia blitz into the recording studio for a new song or recordings perhaps for his upcoming show? Fans are not sure. All they know is that the embattled star posted a picture on Twitter that showed him the studio with two recording artists, Snoop Dogg and Robert Patterson, the guitarist for the group Korn. What they were doing there is anybody’s guess at this point.

If it is a song, perhaps he was inspired by the sudden success of Rebecca Black. Viral videos can often bring in a lot of money and especially music videos that can be transferred to iTunes for even more cash just as Black did. It would seem that Charlie just keeps throwing stuff on the wall and seeing what will stick. With tours, webcasts, twitter posts, etc, etc. He’s bouncing around the net like a metal ball in a pinball machine and that is fun to watch and so perhaps Sheen wants to add a new chapter to the existing chaos.

Some may be thinking, why Snoop Dogg of all people. Well he’s just as much of a pop icon as Sheen. So the two working together might cause some fan’s heads to explode, but we don’t find it strange at all. Sheen no doubt wants to gain some music cred and Dogg has the power to do that for him. And while on the subject, Dogg isn’t shy about working with people out of his genre of music. He’s worked with Willie Nelson and was seen driving around with Larry King.

In our opinion though, this whole rumor is probably all about recording bits for his traveling show. He said that there would be multimedia. And in order to do that, he would probably need time in the studio to record for the upcoming events. Who knows? As long as he’s not doing a rap rendition of Tip Toe Through the Tulips, we’re good.
