In a move that took some by surprise, Charlie Sheen has listed his mansion, that he’s deemed the Sober Valley Lodge, up for sale for $7.2 million. The Mulholland Estates home has five bedrooms, seven baths, a screening room, large public areas for parties, a beautiful outdoor kitchen that we saw recently in his cooking video, a dining area, a pool and even a spa for those long nights after hitting the town.

The house was dubbed Sober Valley Lodge after Sheen had gone clean to try and get custody of his kids, but the 8000 square foot house has certainly seen it’s share of wild parties and wild antics that real estate brokers hope will appeal to big buyers for it’s now legendary status in the rich uptown housing community.

The sudden selling, however, will no doubt add speculation as to whether Sheen took the offer from EstablishedMen.com to be their spokesman for $3 million for three years which could lead to a more lucrative position as company president and major stockholder. That job did entail him moving to Canada, which could explain why he is moving right now, but that’s just speculation on our part. No official word that he accepted or that he even considered the offer has been announced. It could also be that he has bills to pay, like child support to two wives and of course, the $10 million loan from Universal.

Whatever the warlock’s plan is, we are sure it doesn’t involve homelessness.
