With all the talk of the ups and downs of his tour, we forget about all the personal drama going on behind the scenes.

Back a few months ago, Brooke Mueller had their two twin boys, Max and Bob, taken from his house by the police in the middle of the night, claiming that Sheen was a danger to them. After that, she got temporary custody and a restraining order while the judge tried to figure out what was going on. Both agreed to be randomly drug tested to assure that they could take care of the children, but as you may have heard, Mueller suffered a setback, landing her in rehab for cocaine addiction. This opens the door for Sheen to ask for full custody of the children, but before just handing them over, the court wants to make sure that all that warlock talk and crazy antics are just an act, and that he’s not really as insane as he appears to be. So there will definitely be a psychiatric evaluation of Sheen before he could get his kids back, but he is filing for the action.

And could he be losing one of his Goddesses? Bree Olson, known in real life as Rachel Oberlin, has decided to leave the Violent Torpedo of Truth and go back to her hometown in Illinois, but whether this was all planned in advance or not is up in the air. Some are reporting that such a leave of absence from the trio was known months ago and that the trip back was to take care of some legal issues relating to a February drunk driving arrest, while others, including Sheen, says that only he will decide whether she can come back, and that he’s happy with the one goddess he still has, Natalie Kenly. Of course, she had left the trio once before, returning home, only to come back later on, so who knows. It is also unclear if her leaving meant his personal life or just the tour in general.
