Having long settled their custody issues with their children five years ago, Sheen is now fighting with ex-wife Denise Richards over custody of their dogs.

Actually they are officially Denise Richard’s dogs, but she had let them stay with Sheen because she wanted her daughters to have them to play with when they were visiting their father. But Richards, who is an active member of PETA and other animal rescue groups, discovered that in her opinion, they weren’t being taken care of. And because of that, she retrieved the dogs from his care but says that she did not kidnap them, because they were hers to begin with.

Charlie went ballistic over the taking of the dogs. He tweeted on Monday that they must bombard her with Warlock Napalm, that the attack would be epic, and called her everything from a whore to a dog thief in 140 characters or less. The rant made her worry that he might try to do something to her or her two daughters Sam and Lola harm. She has since upgraded her security over concern about the actor’s fierce words.

By the way, one of the dogs died shortly after being taken, giving credence to her concern, but until there is an investigation, it can’t be said whether or not they were mistreated or not. And thus far, there is no word of an investigation forthcoming. So who knows?

Seems like just another day in Charlie Sheen’s world.
