Two and Half Men is still holding very strong in the ratings with the show taking up the number one slot with over 20 million viewers, even without Charlie. But it seems that the audience has changed a bit. Kutcher has his own fan base obviously with millions of Twitter followers, so he brings that to the table, but according to a new poll, the show has lost its edge as Kutcher tries to replace Sheen. 60% of the people wish that they would bring Sheen back, while only 37% said Kutcher was better for the show. But then those were probably people who are more a part of Sheen’s fan club than Ashton’s. It does send the message, however, that if the 70’s Show alumni wants to win over some of those Sheen fans, he’s going to have to pick up his game. But on the other hand, with the show still remaining number one, does he have to?

Brooke Mueller is suing the rehab clinic she went to in 2010, claiming that the medical facility leaked her records to the media causing her pain and distress. She had gone to the Malibu, California rehab center after divorcing from Charlie Sheen. There was no word on how much the lawsuit was for.

Expect to see Charlie Sheen arrive at a lot of Halloween parties this year as stores are gearing up for the holiday season. A shop in Daytona Beach is already reporting that they’ve had a few sales of the Sheen costume already, with more expected as the time gets closer and closer. What is a Sheen costume? Although the outfit is probably geared towards adults, wonder how many of them will be joining their kids at the doorstep. I think it would be pretty odd to see Sheen at your door. Charlie Sheen joined his father Martin Sheen and brother Emilio Estevez on the red carpet at the AARP Movies for Grownups screening of The Way, which has the older Sheen as an American doctor who goes to France to collect the remains of his dead son. The appearance was to let everyone know that the Sheen relationship was much better now and they are still a very tight family. They palled around, goofing on the carpet for the cameras and at the admiration of the fans.
